Made in US Polaris Xpedition ADV out side rear window molle panels

Maximize your Polaris Xpedition ADV's cargo capacity with these US made outside rear window MOLLE panels. Constructed from 1/8" 5052, laser cut , powder-coated aluminum, they provide a rugged mounting solution for securing additional gear, recovery equipment, or accessories. The bolt-on design ensures a secure  installation without permanent modifications. Built to withstand demanding off-road environments while maintaining structural integrity and corrosion resistance for years of reliable service

Include parts 

• Driver and Passenger out side panels 
• Qty 12 15/16 aluminum spacers 
• Qty 12  M6 x 60 mm stainless steel bolts 
• Qty 12  M6 stainless washers 
• Qty 12  5/8" gasket washer 

Tools 

• 10 mm open end wrench/10 mm nut driver  
• 10 mm deep socket and ratchet
  

Installation 

1. Remove rear window and place on clean flat surface.
2. Unbolt lower and upper brackets from window
3. Place washer into bolt holes (6 per side)  on the rear glass 
4. Stack aluminum spacer on top of washers and place Molly panel on top of the spacers 
   
5. Place 5/8 gasket washer onto bolt and thread through the panel, spacer, washer, window and into the mounting brackets.
6. Tighten down bolts and reinstall window. 
7. Repeat for other side
