Include parts
- Driver and Passenger out side panels
- Qty 12 15/16 aluminum spacers
- Qty 12 M6 x 60 mm stainless steel bolts
- Qty 12 M6 stainless washers
- Qty 12 5/8" gasket washer
Tools
- 10 mm open end wrench/10 mm nut driver
- 10 mm deep socket and ratchet
Installation
- Remove rear window and place on clean flat surface.
- Unbolt lower and upper brackets from window
- Place washer into bolt holes (6 per side) on the rear glass
- Stack aluminum spacer on top of washers and place Molly panel on top of the spacers
- Place 5/8 gasket washer onto bolt and thread through the panel, spacer, washer, window and into the mounting brackets.
- Tighten down bolts and reinstall window.
- Repeat for other side

I bought these panels for my 2027 Xpedition ADV 5.
Firstly I am located in Canada and I was aware there was an exchange rate on the panels and shipping. All good but what was the big surprise was the tariffs. With all this bickering about tariffs between Canada and the USA, there was a duty/tariff of over $200.00 to have UPS deliver it. Nonsense. Now that I finished venting on that element let me give my opinion on the panels. Beautiful panels fit wonderfully. There were no instructions in the box, nor a QR code to get instructions. I searched long enough to find some instructions on the Heater Site. All the hardware was included except there were no nuts for the provided bolts. There were washers, bolts and spacers but no locking nuts. Got them installed and look great. Being an ADV model, I bought the molle panels for the Kolpin fuel containers. Would certainly recommend them. 👍
