Made in US Polaris Xpedition intake pillar intake cover

This intake cover is made in the US from strong and durable 1/8 aluminum. It's powder coated titanium for superior protection  and easy to install. Add some style to your Polaris Xpedition while also protecting the intake. 

Kit contains

• Two intake pillar covers with red backing plates 
• qty 4 M6x35 Stainless bolts 
• qty 4 M6 body clips 
• qty 4  #6 x 1/2" Stainless screw

Installation 

• Remove old covers 
• Place qty 2 of the M6 body clips on the back side of pillar mount
• Thread M6 bolt through the two pcs plate covers and screwing body clips  DO NOT  tighten use this to mark the hole to drill
• Use a 3/32 drill bit to drill the pilot hole using the new cover as a guide to mark location 
• Remove new pillar cover and debris's
• Repeat for other side 
• Install new pillar cover using the M6 bolts and M6 clips  DO NOT OVER tighten 
• Install #6 x 1/2 screw with screw driver until snug
