Made in US Polaris Xpedition Dust Spoiler

Keep dust and debris off of your rear window with this premium dust spoiler, engineered specifically for the Polaris Xpedition ADV. Crafted from 1/8" powder-coated aluminum, this American-made component delivers durability and corrosion resistance for serious off-road conditions. The robust construction handles rough terrain while helping keep you rear glass clean. A straightforward installation adds functional protection to your machine without compromising performance or aesthetics.

Installation (2 person) estimated time 40 mins 

1. Bolt brackets onto wing only finger tight 
2. Un bolt rear glass hinges (two bolts side by side for each hinge) leaving the hinges attached to the glass (set in a safe place) KEEP the bolts that were removed 
3. Cut approximately 2x3 of the plastic cover that is over the two side by Sid bolts on each side. This is for the mounting brackets on the dust spoiler 
4. Place glass back on to the machine and thread bolts through the spoiler mounting bracket and rear glass hinge into the mounting holes (Finger tight) on both side's 
5. Then tighten bolt on the hinges and mounting bracket then check for function on rear hatch
6. Tighten Spoiler to brackets 

Tools 

• 10 mm open end wrench 
• 10 mm socket and ratchet/ 10 mm nut driver
• Cutting utensil (sharp razor knife, hot knife, isolation tool, etc..)
