  • 10 Foot power harness to run inside (recommended) of the cage or the outside of the driver side A Pillar. One side with a power disconnect and the other side bar to make the final connections.

Tools required for over head install

• M10 driver/open end wrench /ratchet wrench with 10mm socket 
• Phillips screw driver 
• Wire terminal crimpers/strippers/cutters

Installation

• Remove front section of the roof 
• Route the 10 foot power wire through drive side B-Pilar and then under the driver seat  into the center console area close to the power bar. The plug is for the fans and remains on the top side. 
• Snap the Profit cage over brackets on to the machine from the out side in. They are tight and will flex/bend over a snap into place.
  
• when bolting down the over head to the bracket the sequence is 
  • Bolt
  • gasket washer 
  • then through the Frame of the overhead
    
  • through the bracket 
  • washer 
  • nylock nut 
• Its best to have help holding the over into place as you get the first two bolts started 
• DO NOT tighten the overhead down until all four bolts are in place and the over head is square between the cage. Then tighten down the brackets will bend to locket the overhead into place. 
• Connect power plug to overhead harness at the fans.
• terminate the the leads on the relay harness with 1/4" ring terminals
  • Black lead is the ground 
  • White lead is the ingition power
  • Red lead is the constant power 
• Mount the relay 
• Trim power leads from the Overhead to length and connect 
  • BLACK to BLACK to the open connector
  • RED (from long harness) Blue lead from the Relay
• Test over head and reassemble console and roof.

This overhead only fits the 2nd generation of Commander 2021+
